Great service. Only issue is when I originally booked I was told it would be over £500. It turned out I have a service plan that covers it. Want to flag this as I was very close to not booking and going somewhere else due to the price I was given.

Harry rang me the day before and looked after me throughout. I was disappointed to have to pay anything to have brakes done only 4 months after purchasing the car, but Harry negotiated a deal with aftersales team and couldn't have done anything more.

Within two hours, the problem with my Mini had been identified and rectified. My Mini was also then cleaned. All whilst I enjoyed complementary coffee and pastries. Excellent coffee as well.

Car was initially returned with the problem not resolved. Problem was solved in the end after a very helpful discussion resulting in Mini agreeing to come and collect the car, do the repair, and deliver the car back to my home.

I was on my way to Cotswold Motorrad on an unrelated matter and unfortunately ran over a pothole. I immediately went to Mini service and the advisor Holly was great .. she booked me in straight away to fit a new tyre without an appointment.

I dropped my car off at my convenience, the fault was diagnosed and repaired quickly. I then collected the car again at my convenience. The car was cleaned inside and out which was a nice touch and the car is working correctly now.

Very good overall. There was the issue that I was told the car was ready then called again to say it was still at fault but that was just a small problem overall and did not effect the final positive outcome.

Service was excellent can't fault it. Just your pricing, for tyres specifically. Quoted me £254 each, I paid £164 each from elsewhere in the end for the exact same ones. You expect to pay a bit more but that's way too much :(
